For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 6/2022, "PDPL"), we act as the data controller of personal data collected through this website.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit our website or contact us through it. It applies to all visitors, including visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and the Sultanate of Oman.

3. Personal Data We Collect

Data you provide voluntarily. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, address, subject and the content of your message. When you use the Wix Chat widget, we collect your name, email address and the content of your chat messages.

Data collected automatically. Our website is hosted on the Wix platform, which automatically collects certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, approximate location (country level), pages visited and access times. Cookies and similar technologies are also used — see our Cookie Policy.

We do not intentionally collect any special categories of personal data (such as health data, or data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious beliefs). Please do not include such information in your messages to us.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR and the corresponding provisions of the Oman PDPL:

  • Responding to your enquiries and providing requested information or services — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Operating, securing and improving the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a functional and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Use of non-essential cookies — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

  • Compliance with legal obligations — where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing communications unless you have expressly requested them.

5. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only with:

  • Wix.com Ltd. — our website hosting and platform provider, which processes data on our behalf as a data processor in accordance with its Data Processing Agreement;

  • Service providers involved in hosting, operating, maintaining and securing the website, acting under our instructions;

  • Competent authorities, courts or regulators, where disclosure is required by applicable law.

6. International Data Transfers

Our website is hosted on the Wix platform, and data may be stored and processed on servers located in the United States, Europe, Israel and other jurisdictions where Wix or its sub-processors operate. Where personal data of EEA or UK visitors is transferred outside the EEA/UK, such transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards, including European Commission adequacy decisions (e.g. for Israel) and Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into Wix's Data Processing Agreement. Transfers of personal data outside the Sultanate of Oman are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Oman PDPL.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data submitted through the contact form or Wix Chat for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for a period of up to 24 months thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Technical data and cookies are retained for the periods described in our Cookie Policy.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • the right of access — to obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of it;

  • the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");

  • the right to restriction of processing;

  • the right to data portability;

  • the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests;

  • the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;

  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the EEA/UK, with your local data protection authority; in Oman, with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection, and access to personal data is limited to persons who need it to perform their duties. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
